DESCRIPTION

· The SN74CBTLV3257 is a 4-bit 1-of-2 high-speed FET multiplexer/demultiplexer.

· It features low on-state resistance for minimal propagation delay.

· The device is controlled by a select (S) input and can be disabled using the output-enable (OE) input.

· It is fully specified for partial-power-down applications with the Ioff feature preventing backflow current.

· Isolation is maintained during power off, and OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor for high-impedance state during power transitions.
