DESCRIPTION

· The SSM2212 is a dual NPN-matched transistor pair designed for ultralow noise audio systems.

· It features extremely low input base spreading resistance (typically 28 Ω) and high current gain (h FE typically >600 at IC = 1 mA).

· It ensures excellent signal-to-noise ratios and superior performance compared to monolithic amplifiers.

· It is ideal for symmetrically balanced designs, reducing high-order amplifier harmonic distortion.

· Stability is maintained by protection diodes across the base-emitter junction.

· Suitable for accurate current biasing and mirroring circuits without offset trimming.

· Available in 8-lead SOIC and 16-lead LFCSP packages, with performance guaranteed from −40°C to +85°C.
