DESCRIPTION
· The SSTUB32868 is a 1.8 V 28-bit 1:2 register designed for high-density DDR2 memory modules.
· It integrates the functionality of two JEDEC-standard DDR2 registers, saving board space and facilitating routing.
· Features include a parity function, configurable output drive strength, and additional chip select inputs.
· Packaged in a 176-ball TFBGA, it supports efficient signal routing and escape.
