DESCRIPTION

· The SSTUP32866 is a 1.8 V configurable register designed for DDR2 memory modules with parity checking.

· It supports two topologies: 25-bit 1:1 or 14-bit 1:2, configurable via pins C0 and C1.

· It features high or normal output drive strength and operates at 667 MT/s or 800 MT/s.

· It includes a parity check function with an open-drain QERR pin for error indication.

· Packaged in a 96-ball LFBGA (13.5 mm × 5.5 mm) with a 0.8 mm ball pitch.
