DESCRIPTION

· Switch mode current regulator with two modes: In-rush and Holding.
· In-rush current occurs in the first 64 ms of each on/off cycle, dependent on coil's resistance and inductance.
· Hold-current is a fixed ratio of In-rush current determined by V1 and V2.
· Includes a control pin for enabling/disabling the gate control output for external power MOS.

· Wide supply voltage range: 8 to 35V DC.
· Built-in gate drive voltage clamp type: 11V.
· Logic controlled enabling circuit.
· Digital in-rush timer.
· Built-in power-on reset.
· Internally trimmed timing oscillator.
