DESCRIPTION

· The SY10/100E112 are quad drivers designed for high-performance ECL systems.
· Features two pairs of OR/NOR outputs per gate and a common, buffered enable input.
· Can be used as an ECL memory address fan-out driver, though the E111 is more suited for this purpose with lower skew.
· For memory address driver applications requiring scan capabilities, the SY10/100E212 device is recommended.

FEATURES

· Maximum propagation delay of 600ps.
· Extended 100E VEE range from –4.2V to –5.5V.
· Common enable input for all gates.
· Fully compatible with industry standard 10KH, 100K I/O levels.
· Internal 75K Ω input pulldown resistors.
· Fully compatible with Motorola MC10E/100E112.
· Available in a 28-pin PLCC package.
