Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The SY100S331 is a high-performance ECL system component featuring three D-type, edge-triggered master/slave flip-flops with true and complement outputs.
· Controlled by a common clock (CPc) and individual clock pulses (CPn), the flip-flops operate based on the logical OR of these signals.
· Data transfer to the master occurs when both CPc and CPn are LOW, and to the slave on the rising edge of either or both clocks.
· Includes Master Set (MS), Master Reset (MR), Direct Set (SDn), and Direct Clear (CDn) controls, which override the clock signals.
· Equipped with internal 75kΩ input pull-down resistors for enhanced stability.



FEATURES

· Maximum toggle frequency of 800MHz for high-speed operations.
· Differential outputs ensure robust signal integrity.
· Operates with an IEE minimum of –80mA and supports ECL levels standard.
· Extended supply voltage range from VEE = –4.2V to –5.5V.
· Features voltage and temperature compensation to improve noise immunity.
· 150% faster and 40% lower power consumption compared to Fairchild equivalents.
· Fully compatible with Fairchild F100K in function and pinout.
· Available in a 28-pin PLCC package for compact integration.
