DESCRIPTION

· The SY10EP31V is a high-speed D flip-flop with set and reset functions, compatible with EL31 and LVEL31 devices.
· It features a guaranteed bandwidth over 3GHz and propagation delay under 440ps across temperature variations.
· Operates with 3.3V or 5V power supplies and supports a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
· Available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages.



FEATURES

· Supports 5V/3.3V power supplies with PECL/LVPECL compatibility.
· Features asynchronous SET and RESET inputs for immediate state control.
· Data is captured on the low CLK and transferred on the positive CLK transition.
· Internal 75kΩ pull-down resistor on the D input ensures a default LOW state.
