DESCRIPTION

· The SY10EP53V is a differential data and clock D flip-flop with set and reset, designed for high AC performance applications.

· It supports both 3.3V and 5V power supply options and operates at a toggle frequency of up to 3.0GHz.

· Features 75KΩ internal input pulldown resistors and is available in a 10-pin MSOP package.

· Data is captured on the low clock and transferred on the positive clock transition, with differential clock inputs enabling negative edge triggering.

· Asynchronous set and reset inputs are level triggered, and the device includes input clamping for stable outputs under open input conditions.
