DESCRIPTION

· The SY54023AR is a low voltage 1.2V/1.8V CML 2x2 Crosspoint Switch capable of processing clock signals up to 3.2GHz or data patterns up to 3.2Gbps.

· It features a unique 3-pin input termination architecture compatible with LVPECL, LVDS, or CML differential signals.

· The device operates from a 2.5V ±5% core supply and a 1.8V or 1.2V ±5% output supply, suitable for industrial temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Guaranteed AC performance with DC-to-3.2Gbps throughput and less than 310ps propagation delay.

· Ultra-low jitter design with less than 1ps RMS cycle-to-cycle jitter and less than 10ps PP total jitter.

· High-speed CML outputs with rise/fall times guaranteed to be less than 95ps.

· Available in a compact 16-pin (3mm x 3mm) MLF package.
