DESCRIPTION

· The TC247SPD-B0 is a monochrome CCD image sensor designed for low light level applications.
· It features a 1/2-inch format with 658 (H) x 496 (V) active pixels and a readout speed of 30 frames/s.
· The sensor includes frame memory and supports multimode readout capabilities.
· It operates serially at 0-8V, except for the CMG gate, and offers continuous electronic exposure control.
· The device is part of the IMPACTRON™ family, known for low noise, high sensitivity, and high speed.
· It utilizes a charge carrier multiplication process for enhanced performance.
