DESCRIPTION

· The TC74LCX573 is a high-performance CMOS octal D-type latch designed for 3.3-V systems.

· It supports high-speed operation with low power dissipation and is suitable for low-voltage applications.

· The device can interface with 5-V supply environments for both inputs and outputs.

· It features an 8-bit D-type latch controlled by latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE) inputs.

· When OE is high, the outputs are in a high-impedance state.

· All inputs are protected against static discharge.



FEATURES

· Low-voltage operation: VCC = 1.65 to 3.6 V.

· High-speed operation: tpd = 8.0 ns (max) at VCC = 3.0 to 3.6 V.

· Output current: |IOH|/IOL = 24 mA (min) at VCC = 3.0 V.

· Available in JEITA SOP and VSSOP packages.

· Power-down protection on all inputs and outputs.

· Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74AC/VHC/HC/F/ALS/LS etc.) 573 type.
