DESCRIPTION

· The TC74VHC373 is a high-speed CMOS octal latch with 3-state output, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· It offers high-speed operation similar to Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining low power dissipation.

· Controlled by latch enable (LE) and output enable (OE) inputs, it provides high impedance state when OE is high.

· Features input protection for 0 to 5.5 V, enabling interfacing between 5 V and 3 V systems.
