DESCRIPTION

· The TC7W 240FU is a high-speed C2MOS Dual Bus Buffer, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology. It offers high-speed operation comparable to LSTTL while maintaining low power dissipation. It features inverting 3-state outputs with two active-low output enables. All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.
