DESCRIPTION

· The TCK104G and TCK105G are CMOS linear integrated circuit load switch ICs with current limit function, designed for power management.

· They operate over a wide input voltage range from 1.1 to 5.5 V and feature a low ON resistance of 50 mΩ typical at 5.0V, -700mA load condition.

· These ICs include a slew rate control driver, thermal shutdown, and output auto-discharge function.

· Available in an ultra-small WCSP6B package (0.8 mm x 1.2 mm, t: 0.64 mm max), ideal for high-density board assemblies like cellular phones.



FEATURES

· Wide input voltage operation: 1.1 to 5.5 V.

· Low ON resistance: 50 mΩ at 5.0 V, 55 mΩ at 3.3 V, 75 mΩ at 1.8 V, 140 mΩ at 1.2 V.

· Low quiescent current: 20 μA at 0 mA output.

· Low standby current: 0.1 μA in OFF state.

· Includes current limit, inrush current reducing circuit, thermal shutdown, auto-discharge, and pull-down connection between CONTROL and GND.



APPLICATIONS

· Ideal for portable applications requiring high-density board assembly, such as cellular phones.

· Suitable for devices needing efficient power management with current limit and thermal protection features.
