Overview

DESCRIPTION



· The TCK206G, TCK207G, and TCK208G are ultra-low voltage load switch ICs designed for power management.

· These ICs feature a slew rate control driver and reverse current blocking function in the SW OFF state.

· They operate at a low input voltage of 0.75 V and can handle an output current of up to 2.0 A (DC).

· The switch ON resistance is as low as 18.4 mΩ (typ.) at 0.75 V, -1.5 A condition.

· TCK207G and TCK208G include an output auto-discharge function.

· Available in an ultra-small WCSP4C package (0.9 mm x 0.9 mm, t: 0.5 mm), making them ideal for high-density board assemblies.



FEATURES



· Low input voltage operation: VIN = 0.75 to 3.6 V.

· High output current: IOUT (DC) = 2.0 A.

· Low ON resistance: RON = 18.1 mΩ (typ.) at VIN = 3.3 V, -1.5 A; RON = 18.2 mΩ (typ.) at VIN = 1.2 V, -1.5 A; RON = 18.4 mΩ (typ.) at VIN = 0.75 V, -1.5 A.

· Built-in slew rate control driver.

· Built-in reverse current blocking (SW OFF state).

· Built-in auto-discharge (TCK207G and TCK208G).

· Active High and Pull-down connection between CONTROL and GND (TCK206G and TCK207G).

· Active Low (TCK208G).

· Ultra-small package: WCSP4C (0.9 mm x 0.9 mm, t: 0.5 mm).
