· The TCKE8xx series is a 18V high input voltage Single Input-Single Output eFuse IC.
· It functions as a reusable fuse with multiple protection features.
· Ideal for power management in hard disk drive power supply circuits and battery charging applications.
· Available in a compact WSON10B package (3.0mm x 3.0mm, t: 0.7mm).

FEATURES

· High input voltage: VIN max = 18.0V.
· High output current: IOUT (DC) = 5.0A.
· Low ON resistance: RON = 28mΩ.
· Adjustable overcurrent limit up to 5.0A.
· Fixed over voltage clamp for 5V and 12V power rails.
· Programmable slew rate control and under voltage lockout.
· Reverse current blocking with built-in MOSFET driver.
· Thermal shutdown and auto-discharge features.
· IEC62368-1 certified.
