DESCRIPTION
· NXP TDF853x series are ultra-efficient Class-D amplifiers designed for automotive audio systems.
· These amplifiers support 5.5 V stop-start requirements and are ideal for active noise-cancellation systems, head units, and sound systems in electric vehicles.
FEATURES
· Available in three, four, or five Class-D BTL channels for 2 or 4 Ω loads.
· Two BTL channels can combine to drive 1 Ω.
· Digital input in TDM/I²S format for easy board layout.
· Operation voltage ranges from 5.5 V to 18 V, with optional 25 V or 45 V.
· Includes line-driver mode for external amplifier driving.
· Features diagnostic and protection mechanisms like startup diagnostic, supply voltage feedback, and thermal protection.
· Interleaved power stages available for improved EMC and reduced output-filter cost/complexity.
