DESCRIPTION

· The TLE 4917 is a low-power Integrated Hall-Effect Sensor designed for devices with battery voltages from 2.4V to 5.5V.

· It features precise magnetic switching points and high temperature stability, ideal for applications like On/Off switches in Cellular Flip-Phones.

· The sensor uses an onboard clock scheme to minimize average operating current and includes a Stand-by phase to reduce current consumption to microamperes.



FEATURES

· Micro power design suitable for battery-operated devices.

· Operates from 2.4V to 5.5V, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of batteries.

· High sensitivity and stability of magnetic switching points, resistant to mechanical stress.

· Digital output signal with omnipolar switching capability (responds to both North and South poles of a magnet).

· Programmable output switching direction via the PRG pin.
