DESCRIPTION



· The TLE4971 is a high-precision, miniature coreless magnetic current sensor designed for AC and DC measurements, featuring an analog interface and two fast over-current detection outputs.

· Utilizes Infineon's robust monolithic Hall technology for accurate and highly linear current measurement up to ±120A.

· Comes fully calibrated, eliminating the need for customer end-of-line calibration, with user-programmable parameters stored in embedded EEPROM.

· Features Lead Tip Inspection (LTI) for easy end-of-line solder quality checks.



FEATURES



· Integrated current rail with 220 µΩ insertion resistance for ultra-low power loss.

· Less than 1nH parasitic inductance and smallest form factor of 8x8mm.

· High accuracy, scalable DC & AC current sensing with a 210kHz bandwidth.

· Very low sensitivity error over temperature and galvanic functional isolation up to 1150V peak V IORM.

· Internal self-diagnostic feature and differential measurement principle for great stray field suppression.
