DESCRIPTION

· The TLE4971 is a high-precision miniature coreless magnetic current sensor designed for AC and DC measurements with an analog interface and two fast over-current detection outputs.

· It utilizes Infineon's robust monolithic Hall technology for accurate and highly linear current measurement up to ±120A.

· The sensor features internal self-diagnostic capabilities and is fully calibrated, eliminating the need for end-of-line calibration.

· It includes an embedded EEPROM for storing user-programmable parameters such as OCD thresholds, blanking times, and output configuration modes.

· The sensor is equipped with Lead Tip Inspection (LTI) for easy solder quality checks.
