DESCRIPTION

· The TLE9563-3QX is a BLDC Motor System IC designed for efficient motor control applications.



FEATURES

· Includes a 5V, 250mA low-drop voltage regulator for main supply.

· Features three half-bridge gate drivers for external N-channel MOSFETs with adaptive gate control to regulate switching time and reduce losses.

· Equipped with a low-side current sense amplifier with configurable gain for protection and diagnostics.

· Supports high-speed CAN transceiver with CAN FD communication up to 5 Mbit/s, including selective wake-up and CAN FD tolerant mode.

· Offers configurable wake-up sources and three high-side outputs with 7 Ω typical resistance.

· Provides six PWM inputs capable of high-side and low-side PWM, active free-wheeling, and up to 25 kHz PWM frequency.

· Includes a 32-bit SPI with CRC, low quiescent current in Stop and Sleep Modes, and periodic cyclic sense and wake functions.

· Features reset and interrupt outputs, drain-source monitoring, open-load detection, configurable watchdogs, and overtemperature and short circuit protection.

· Comes in a leadless power package supporting optical lead tip inspection and is RoHS compliant.
