DESCRIPTION

· The TLV1544 and TLV1548 are CMOS 10-bit switched-capacitor successive-approximation (SAR) analog-to-digital (A/D) converters.
· They feature a 4-wire synchronous serial peripheral interface (SPI, QSPI) compatible with TMS320 DSP and microprocessors.
· These devices include an on-chip 11-channel multiplexer for selecting eight analog inputs or three internal self-test voltages.
· Automatic sample-and-hold function, with extended sampling initiated by the falling edge of CSTART.
· Designed for wide supply voltage range (2.7 V to 5.5 V) with low power consumption and programmable power-down mode.
