DESCRIPTION
· The TMR1148 is a unipolar magnetic switch integrating TMR sensor and CMOS circuitry for high-accuracy position detection.
· It features continuous magnetic field detection with a low supply current of 1.5 μA and a response frequency of 1 kHz.
· Unlike Hall/AMR sensors, it avoids sampling errors by operating in full-time power supply mode.

· Utilizes Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology.
· Low power consumption: 1.5 μA supply current.
· High frequency response: typically 1 kHz.
· Operates unipolarly with a wide supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V.
