DESCRIPTION
· TMR136x is an omnipolar magnetic switch integrating TMR sensor and CMOS circuitry for high-accuracy position detection.
· It operates with an average supply current of 200 nA and a magnetic signal switching frequency of 50 Hz.
· Offers a wide operating voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V and is available in SOT23-3, TO92S, and LGA3L packages.
