DESCRIPTION

· The TPAFE0808 features eight configurable input/output pins, supporting ADC input, DAC output, or general-purpose I/O functions.
· It includes an integrated 12-bit ADC connected via an eight-channel multiplexer, with an input range of 0~VREF or 0~2*VREF.
· The device also contains eight 12-bit DAC channels with an output range of 0~VREF or 0~2*VREF.
· It offers an internal 2.5V reference and supports external reference usage when the internal reference is disabled.
· An integrated temperature sensor is included to monitor die temperature.
· Available in 16-lead MIS 3x3 and 16-ball WLCSP packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.
