DESCRIPTION

· The TPL730 series are high-performance, low-dropout linear regulators.

· They support a maximum output current of 300 mA with low quiescent current and high PSRR.

· Stable with ceramic output capacitors ranging from 2.2 μF to 10 μF.

· High PSRR of 60 dB at 1 kHz, suitable for noise-sensitive applications.

· Low quiescent current of 49 μA and shutdown current of 20 nA, ideal for battery-powered portable devices.

· Includes current limit foldback and thermal overload protection for enhanced reliability.

· Available in fixed and adjustable output voltage versions with ±2% accuracy.

· Operates over a junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
