DESCRIPTION

· The TPAFE411 is a Hall sensor signal conditioning IC designed for closed-loop current-sensor modules.

· It features internal precision excitation circuitry to eliminate Hall element offset and drift.

· Includes a 350mA H-bridge for driving sensor compensation coils and a precision current sensing amplifier for output signal generation.

· Operates with a power supply of 2.7V to 5.5V and is packaged in a 4mm x 4mm QFN with PowerPAD for heat dissipation.

· Suitable for industrial temperature ranges from –40°C to +125°C.

· Internal precision voltage reference with 0.2% accuracy and 50ppm max temperature drift.
