DESCRIPTION

· TPAFE5160 is a 16-bit, 8-channel simultaneous sampling SAR ADC.
· Each channel operates at 350 kSPS with a complete analog front end.
· Features include input clamp, PGA, low pass filter, and ADC input driver.
· Internal precision reference with buffer for ADC operation.
· Supports serial, parallel, and parallel byte communication.
· Accepts ±10V or ±5V bipolar inputs with a single 5V supply.
· High input impedance allows direct sensor connection without external drivers.
