DESCRIPTION

· TPAFE5161 is a 16-bit, 4-channel simultaneous sampling SAR ADC.

· Each channel includes a complete analog front end and operates at 350 ksps.

· Features input clamp, PGA with 1MΩ input impedance, low pass filter, and ADC input driver.

· Includes internal precision reference with buffer.

· Supports serial, parallel, and parallel byte communication interfaces.

· Accepts ±10V or ±5V bipolar inputs with a single 5V supply.

· High input impedance allows direct connection to transformers or sensors.

· Suitable for industrial automation and control applications.
