DESCRIPTION

· The TPC5180 is an 18-bit SAR ADC with fully differential inputs.

· It supports unipolar, differential input with a range of -VREF to VREF and a common mode voltage of VREF/2.

· Operates with an external reference voltage from 2.5 V to VDD.

· Features an SPI-compatible interface and supports daisy-chain operation.

· Includes an optional busy indicator bit for host synchronization.
