DESCRIPTION

· The TPF143 is a high-performance, low-cost video reconstruction filter designed for consumer applications.

· It integrates three high-definition (HD) filter channels with sixth-order Butterworth characteristics.

· The device supports both digital-to-analog converter (DAC) reconstruction and analog-to-digital converter (ADC) anti-aliasing filters.

· It offers flexible input configurations for AC or DC coupling and features an 84-mV output level shift for full sync dynamic range.

· The TPF143 is available in an SOIC-8 package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· Supports 3-HDTV video formats including Y'Pb'Pr' -1080p/1080i/720p, R'G'B', or VGA/SVGA/XGA.

· Features an optimized 6th-order Butterworth video reconstruction filter with a -3dB bandwidth ≥72MHz.

· Multiple input biasing options: 80-mV level shift for DC-coupled, transparent input clamping for AC-coupled, and support for external DC biasing.

· Low quiescent current of 11.5 mA at 3.3V typical.

· 6dB gain (2V/V) with rail-to-rail output capable of driving dual video loads (75Ω).

· Wide power supply range from +3.0V to +5.5V single supply.

· Robust ESD protection with 8kV HBM and 2kV CDM ratings.
