DESCRIPTION

· TPF153 is a low-power, single-supply (3.3V/5.5V), three-channel video buffer with 6dB gain and 220MHz 3dB bandwidth.

· Suitable for Y'Pb'Pr', R'G'B', VGA/SVGA/XGA video formats.

· Supports AC- or DC-coupled inputs with 84-mV output level shift for full sync dynamic range.

· Rail-to-rail output stage with 6dB gain for both AC and DC line driving.

· Can drive two lines or 75-Ω loads, offering maximum flexibility as a video line driver.

· Total quiescent current of 34.5mA at 3.3V, ideal for power-sensitive video applications.

· Available in SOIC-8 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
