DESCRIPTION

· The TPL8032 series are 300-mA high PSRR, ultra-low noise, and low-dropout linear regulators with a 20-V wide input voltage range.

· They support adjustable output voltage (1.22 V to 18 V) with an external resistor divider and fixed output voltage (1.5 V to 5 V).

· Stable with a 2.2-μF to 100-μF ceramic output capacitor.

· High PSRR (79 dB at 1 kHz) and ultra-low noise (5.68 μVRMS).

· Suitable for noise-sensitive applications like high-performance analog devices and high-definition imaging equipment.

· Integrated protection features: over-current, output short-circuit, and over-temperature protection.

· Available in SOT23-5 package with a junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
