DESCRIPTION

· The TPM0596 is a high-voltage, high-current NMOS transistor array with a shift register interface.

· It features eight channels of low-side NMOS transistors with high-voltage outputs and integrated free-wheeling diodes for inductive loads.

· Each channel supports a maximum drain current of 500 mA.

· It operates with a wide I/O voltage range from 1.8V to 5V.

· Transistors can be paralleled for higher current capability.

· It offers better thermal efficiency and reliability compared to traditional bipolar Darlington arrays and saves I/Os.
