· The TPQ05100x series are synchronous boost converters with ultra-low quiescent current (<260 nA).
· Supports input voltages from 0.9 V to 5.5 V, suitable for various battery types.
· Offers fixed (2.5 V to 5 V) and adjustable (2.5 V to 5.5 V) output voltage options.
· Features true-shutdown to eliminate leakage current, enhancing system efficiency.
· Includes down mode for regulated output and pass-through mode where output follows input.
· Available in DFN2X2-6 and WLCSP-6 packages.

FEATURES

· Ultra-low quiescent current: 260 nA at VOUT, 40 nA at VIN.
· Operates with input voltages from 0.9 V to 5.5 V.
· Adjustable output voltage range from 2.5 V to 5.5 V.
· Fixed output voltage versions available.
· Switch peak current limit typically at 0.8 A.
· Up to 96% efficiency from 10 mA to 300 mA load.
