DESCRIPTION

· The TPS22993 is a multi-channel, low RON load switch with user programmable features. It contains four N-channel MOSFETs operating over an input voltage range of 1.0V to 3.6V. The switch is controlled by I2C, making it ideal for processors with limited GPIO. It features internally controlled rise time to avoid inrush current, programmable slew rate, ON-delay, and quick output discharge options. The device is available in a space-saving RLW package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
