DESCRIPTION

· The TPT1145 is a CAN transceiver compliant with ISO11898 high-speed CAN standards, designed for CAN FD networks up to 5 Mbps.

· It features protection against crosswire, overvoltage, and ground loss from −70 V to +70 V, with a common-mode input voltage range of −30 V to +30 V.

· Includes a secondary power supply for I/O level shifting and an SPI for configuration and status retrieval.

· Supports selective wake-up for partial networking, with standby and sleep modes for low-power management.

· Available in SOP14 and DFN4.5X3.0-14L packages, operational from –40°C to +125°C.

FEATURES

· Complies with ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284 standards, supporting CAN FD up to 5 Mbps.

· Features short propagation delay, 5-V power supply, and I/O voltage range of 2.8-V to 5.5-V.
