DESCRIPTION

· The TPT24857 is a bidirectional voltage-level translator compliant with SD 3.0 specifications.

· It translates voltages between 1.8V to 3.0V on the card side and 1.2V to 1.8V on the host side.

· Supports high-speed modes including SDR104, SDR50, DDR50, SDR25, SDR12, and SD 2.0.

· Features an integrated voltage regulator for card-side I/Os with a peak current of 100mA.

· Includes EMI filters and robust ESD protection up to 10kV IEC contact.

· Available in WLCSP20 package with a 0.4mm pitch, operational from -40°C to +85°C.
