DESCRIPTION

· The TPT710xx is an isolated CAN transceiver compliant with the ISO11898 High-speed CAN standard.

· Designed for CAN FD networks with data rates up to 5 Mbps, it enhances timing margin in high-load networks.

· Features include cross-wire, overvoltage, and loss of ground protection from −42 V to +42 V, overtemperature shutdown, and a −30 V to +30 V common-mode range.

· Supports a wide VCCA range of 2.25 V to 5.5 V for RXD and TXD I/O pins, and VCCB range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V for the CAN BUS side.

· Integrates high-performance digital isolators with isolation ratings of 5000 VRMS (WSOP8, WSOP16) and 3750 VRMS (SMP8).

· Certified by VDE, UL, CSA, and CQC, available in WSOP8, WSOP16, and SMP8 packages, operating from −40°C to +125°C.
