DESCRIPTION

· The TSC2007 is a low-power touch screen controller designed for power-sensitive handheld applications, compatible with advanced low-voltage processors.

· It operates with a supply voltage as low as 1.2V, suitable for single-cell battery applications.

· Includes a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, touch screen drivers, and control logic for touch pressure measurement.

· Features preprocessing of touch screen measurements to reduce bus loading and host processor resource consumption.

· Supports I2C serial bus in standard, fast, and high-speed modes with programmable resolution of 8 or 12 bits.

· Available in 12-lead WCSP and 16-pin TSSOP packages, characterized for industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
