DESCRIPTION

· The TSC2046E is the next-generation 4-wire touch screen controller, fully compatible with the ADS7846.

· Supports low-voltage I/O interface from 1.5V to 5.25V.

· Features an on-chip 2.5V reference for auxiliary input, battery monitor, and temperature measurement.

· Operates with a supply voltage as low as 2.7V and monitors battery voltage from 0V to 6V.

· Low power consumption (<0.75mW typical at 2.7V) and high-speed operation up to 125kHz sample rate.

· Available in TSSOP-16, QFN-16, and VFBGA-48 packages, specified for -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

· Same pinout as ADS7846 for easy upgrade.

· Operates from 2.2V to 5.25V, with digital I/O from 1.5V to 5.25V.
