DESCRIPTION

· The TSC2200 is a comprehensive PDA analog interface circuit featuring a 12-bit A/D resistive touch screen converter, touch pressure measurement, keyboard controller, and an 8-bit D/A converter for LCD contrast control.

· It connects to the host controller via an SPI™ serial interface, supports programmable resolution and sampling rates, and includes battery measurement inputs and an on-chip temperature sensor.

· Available in TSSOP-28 and QFN-32 packages.

· 4-wire touch screen and 4x4 keypad interface.

· Operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply.

· Programmable resolution (8-, 10-, or 12-bit) and sampling rates.
