DESCRIPTION

· The UCCx917 family provides complete power management, hot-swap, and fault handling for applications with voltages of 15 V and above.

· The device generates its own supply voltage via a charge pump referenced to VOUT.

· It includes a 10-V shunt regulator for overvoltage protection and catastrophic fault indication.

· All control and housekeeping functions are externally programmable, including fault current level, maximum output current, fault time, soft-start time, and MOSFET power limiting.
