DESCRIPTION

· The UCC5680 is an LVD-only SCSI terminator integrating the mode change delay function required by SPI-3.

· It detects SCSI driver types via the DIFFSENS control line and disconnects if SE or HVD drivers are present.

· Available in 24-pin and 28-pin TSSOP packages, operating from 0°C to 70°C.

FEATURES

· Operates from 2.7 V to 5.25 V with differential failsafe bias.

· Includes built-in SPI-3 mode change filter/delay.

· Supports SPI-2, SPI-3, SPI-4, Ultra2, Ultra3/Ultra160, and Ultra320 standards.

· Impedance is trimmed for accuracy and maximum effectiveness.
