DESCRIPTION

· The UDA1338H is a single-chip audio coder-decoder featuring 4 plus 1 ADCs and 6 DACs with advanced signal processing using bitstream conversion techniques.

· It supports multichannel configurations ideal for digital audio equipment with surround sound capabilities.

· Compatible with I2S-bus, MSB-justified, and LSB-justified formats, it handles up to 24-bit word lengths and supports 4 to 6 channels per line transfer mode.

· Offers sound processing features in DSD playback mode, including de-emphasis, volume, and mute control via L3-bus or I2C-bus interface.

FEATURES

· Operates on a 2.7 V to 3.6 V power supply with 5 V tolerant digital inputs.

· Features a 24-bit data path and selectable control via L3-bus or I2C-bus.

· Supports sample frequency ranges: Audio ADC (16 kHz to 100 kHz), Voice ADC (7 kHz to 50 kHz), Audio DAC (16 kHz to 200 kHz).

· Includes separate power control for ADC and DAC, integrated high-pass filter, and digital filter plus DAC.

· Designed for slave mode only applications, ensuring ease of use.
