DESCRIPTION

· The UJA1169 is a mini high-speed CAN System Basis Chip (SBC) with an ISO 11898-2:201x compliant HS-CAN transceiver.

· It includes a 5 V or 3.3 V 250 mA scalable supply for microcontrollers and other loads.

· Features a watchdog, SPI, and supports low-current Standby and Sleep modes with wake-up capabilities.

· Available in six variants with different voltage regulators and additional supply options.

FEATURES

· Integrated CAN transceiver compliant with ISO 11898 standards.

· Supports CAN FD-passive for partial networking, allowing devices to ignore CAN FD traffic in Sleep/Standby mode.

· Includes a LIMP output pin for system failure indication.
