DESCRIPTION

· The UM3204 is a quad-channel ESD-protected level translator designed for multi-voltage systems.

· It facilitates bidirectional data transfer between low-voltage ASICs/PLDs and higher voltage systems.

· The device operates with VCCA from +1.65V to +3.6V and VCCB from +2.3V to +5.5V.

· It features a transmission-gate based design for bidirectional data translation.

· The UM3204 enters a three-state output mode when the output enable (OE) is low.

· It offers ±5kV ESD protection on the VCCB side for enhanced external signal routing safety.

· Available in CSP12, QFN14, TSSOP14, and QFN12 packages.
