DESCRIPTION

· The UM3302 is a 2-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with auto direction sensing and ±15kV ESD protection.

· It facilitates data transfer in multi-voltage systems by providing necessary level shifting.

· The device features two separate configurable power-supply rails: VCCA (1.2V to 3.6V) for the A port and VCCB (1.65V to 5.5V) for the B port.

· It supports universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between various voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V).

· The UM3302 operates at a guaranteed data rate of 20Mbps, with potential higher rates up to 100Mbps within specific voltage domains.

· The device is available in two package types: UM3302H in CSP8 (1.90mm×0.90mm) and UM3302M8 in MSOP8.
