DESCRIPTION

· UM3308 series are 8-channel bidirectional voltage-level translators with auto direction sensing and ±15kV ESD protection.

· Features two separate configurable power-supply rails: A port (1.2V-3.6V) and B port (1.65V-5.5V).

· Supports universal low-voltage bidirectional translation between 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V voltage nodes.

· Guaranteed data rate of 20Mbps, with potential for 100Mbps in specific voltage domains.

· Available in multiple package options: CSP20, TSSOP20, QFN20 (4.5×3.5), and QFN20 (3.0×3.0).
